The 2008 Blues By The Sea festival, always a great way to spend the weekend, is again housed at The Old Mill, located at 210 S. More musicians are constantly added to the online list so here is the current lineup: KG Jackson & the Shakers; the Ben Rice Band; Annie Ville Blues; VooDoo Bar-B-Que; The Hudson Rocket Band; A Fifth of Funk; Ken DeRouchie; PianoRamaJama featuring Peter Dammann, DK Stewart, David Vest and Kenny "BluesBoss" Wayne; Joe McMurrian Quartet with Jimi Bott; Bucket of Blues featuring Bolt Upright / Boogie Queen Wendy DeWitt & The Atomic Horns; Dover Weinberg w/Kevin Selfe and Ben Prestine and Blue Souls.

A nightly event is the Legendary After Hours Blues Jam, 9 p.m.- a.m., hosted by The Hudson Rocket Band and located at the Ghost Hole Public House in Garibaldi.
