It's sometimes hard to keep up with changes in the Karaoke world in this economy.Karaoke clubs open, close, change nights and hosts/companies.
Some great resources are available to stay up to date with the changes and be available at a second's notice. Positively Entertainment & Dining is a great resource, but sometimes there is a need for immediate resources; the internet now allows Karaoregonians to stay informed.
www.Neezer.com is the first site visited and even though the word "neezer" has nothing to do with Karaoke, the website is full of pictures, articles and listings for Karaoke clubs and hosts/companies that are free to post for people in the industry. Even though the site is somewhat hard to navigate, it is still a wealth of Karaoke information for the Portland and Washington State areas.
Karaokeoregon.com is another site. This one is a little different, relatively new site with some interesting features. Karaokeoregon.com is designed like a keypad so it is ipod friendly. Next, finding Karaoke locations was simple to navigate for the whole state of Oregon. There are also links for downloading legal Karaoke music to your ipod or computer Karaoke system. And if that wasn't enough, there is a forum set up for Karaoregonians to communicate. This site has free listings for Karaoke clubs and hosts/companies. All you have to do is fill out the form and submit it.
Karaokeoregon.com is the last site recommended. This site seems to be up to date on local Portland Karaoke information, has some articles and a voting button for your favorite Karaoke club. This site seems to be most up-to-date out of all the sites for local Portland Karaoke clubs. This site offers free club listings, but charges for KJ hosts/companies to advertise.
