A benefit concert for Sisters of the Road takes place on Saturday June 7, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Aspen Summit Amphitheater, located at 7700 S.E. Aspen Summit Dr., at the foot of Mt Scott. The beneficiary is a local non-profit agency that assists the homeless.

The event is organized by Steve F. Rodin Bookings and Promotions, in conjunction with RestLess Entertainment.

Musical acts are all local and include Katie Naylor at 3 p.m., Joseph Kern & Dale Turnbull at 3:45; Chris Baron at 4:30; Julia Dawn at 5:15; HannaH’s Field at 6 p.m.; The TAVERNacle Choir at 7; and the award winning Lisa Mann at 8:05 p.m.

The venue is a wonderful outdoor arena nestled in the foothills on the N.E. corner of Mt Scott where Flavel Dr. becomes Mt Scott Blvd. It seats approximately 350 to 400 people. Seats are available for a minimum donation of $10.

This is an all ages event and no alcohol will be allowed. Food will be available from Smith Memorial Presbyterian Church High School Youth Group.
