- Top-notch equipment, inc. Tama Starclassic Performers drums, wide variety of snare drums and cymbals, drum mics and mixer.
- Percussion equipment includes congas, djembe, maracas, chimes, icebell, woodblocks, cowbells, tambourines, etc.
- VERY reliable, strong work ethic, I show up on time, ready to work. No drug/alcohol/emotional/ego issues.
- Strong background in all kinds of music, '60's-'00's. Very good ears, able to groove within the rhythm section and support singers, lead instruments, etc. I love playing dynamically, with a sense of space and texture.
- Available for last-minute calls, sub work, studio calls; also for touring and long-term commitment if the situation is right.
I offer my services in any of following three configurations:
- As a rock/blues/R&B/funk/jazz drummer w/ above -mentioned drums/cymbals/mics
- Incorporating acoustic percussion instruments with the drums, playing with brushes, blastiks and hands. Very effective for Acoustic/Americana/Celtic/Bluegrass/Singer-Songwriter situations.
- Congas, Maracas, hand percussion to augment your existing rhythm section.
